To ensure all precautions are taken while in transit:

We have provided all of our chauffeurs & staff with anti-viral cleaning products to disinfect thoroughly while at work or on the road. While on the Road our Chauffeurs are thoroughly cleaning each vehicle between each transfer.
Hand Sanitizer is provided for each driver to clean their hands in between jobs, also ensuring all guests sanitize prior to entering the vehicle.
All seating are sprayed with disinfectant and left to air dry and internal areas such has inside door handles are wiped down with disinfectant after every transfer.
Gloves have been provided to chauffeurs to handle luggage to avoid cross contamination.
If single clients are in the car they have been advised to seat them on the passenger side of the car.
Tissues are placed in all cars and we ask you please remove used items yourself.
Chauffeurs are advised to stay at home if they feel unwell or their temperature is high and to avoid close contact with people who are sick. Every Passenger has their temperature taken prior to transfer to ensure they fall into the normal range 36.5–37.5 °C
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
All international passengers are requested to temperature check, hand santize, wear a face mask and face shield as a preventative measure.

Due to social distancing and luggage capacity, guidelines for international travellers when selecting vehicle sizes will be at the discretion of Encore Cars.
